Did the mylabel-Feature disappear?

Armin Dittrich July 9, 2018

I'm wondering, that I don't have the "My-Label-Menu-Item on my Confluence 6.6.6, as I had on Confluence 3.0.1.

With which Confluence-Version did the mylabel-Feature disappear, or is it still there, but I have to make sure, there is a Menu-Item?

Thanks.

Armin

Hi Armin,

Personal labels were deprecated in Confluence 4.1: Confluence 4.1 Upgrade Notes

The tab that displays personal labels in the user profile has been hidden in Confluence 4.1. We are planning to remove personal labels altogether from Confluence in a future release. The functionality for creating personal labels is still in Confluence, but we recommend that you stop using them. People can still see their existing personal labels by visiting the following URL:

CONFLUENCE-URL/users/viewmylabels.action

Looking forward to hearing whether that helps in your case.

Thanks,

Ann

@AnnWorley, favourites are also personal labels, right? (Label my:favourite).

So when will this 2011 deprecated feature be removed? What is going to happen with the favourites list?
