Did the "Minor change" checkbox disappear in Confluence 7.x ?

Hi,

Confluence Data Center used to have a "Minor change" checkbox next to the Save button of the editor, which would just edit the last revision without sending notifications. That is, the change wouldn't be logged at all in the history.

Now it just has a "Notify watchers", but, whether you tick it or not, it always creates a version in the history.

Did the "minor change" feature disappear, somewhere between C6.13 and C7.13? Is it completely impossible now, to edit the last revision of the page?

Thank you.

Hi @Adrien Ragot _Requirement Yogi_

The feature you are referring to is deprecated and replaced completely with Notify watchers options

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-8276

You have an option to either disable notify watchers or enable it

Let me know if you have any queries

Thanks

Hi Pramodh,

I guess my question is, is there any way, after 2015, to modify the latest version of a page without creating a new version?

Before 2015, when one ticked "Minor change", it would just modify the last revision without creating a new version.

Thank you
