Our confluence is configured to access by users who are in Active Directory (AD) and internally created users.
As we cannot reset the password for AD users in confluence, is there any ways to disable password reset option only for AD users and display a message that they cannot reset the password in confluence?
Hi @sivakumaran sivashan, You can go through the article How to disable users from changing their password may help you.
This will disable password reset option for both internal and AD users.
I want to disable password reset only for AD users or re-direct AD users to a different link.

Has there been an update on this. We suffer from the same problem.
To me it seems a reasonable request to be able to configure it differently for users from Identity Providers that are writeable by Confluence and those who are not.
