Disabled modules of Linchpin User Profiles

[Indeed]

Hi I’m using Linchpin User Profiles 3.11.0, on confluence 8.5.9 datacenter.

These modules are disabled and can’t enable it though “manage app”

Sidebar Module 'My Contacts' (my-contacts)

Profile fields (Linchpin User Profiles) (user-profiles-assistant-module)

Any idea?

@Indeed You can try to contact vendor's support https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211696/linchpin-user-profiles?hosting=datacenter&tab=support, hopefully they will be able to help you more. Without any error message it is hard to tell, what's going on.

if you only use Linchpin User Profiles without the complete Linchpin Intranet Suite (or Linchpin Essentials), it's absolutely normal that these modules are disabled.

The sidebar module adds the "my contacts" feature to the Linchpin Theme sidebar. The Linchpin Theme including the sidebar is available in Linchpin Essentials and Linchpin Intranet Suite.

The assistant module adds a profile field completion feature to Linchpin Pings, which is a reminder feature that is only available in Linchpin Intranet Suite.
