It's not a macro - that site is published from Confluence using Scroll Viewport https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211636/scroll-viewport-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

@James Dellow Atlassian uses Scroll Viewport? I thought their portal was self developed.
It probably is, but the documentation part in Confluence is published using that tool.
@Gui Ávila some parts of their help center are totally custom, but most is built using my team's tool Scroll Viewport.
Another example of the app in use is on our help center.
