Hi,

We have a set of content in Confluence with quite some internal relationships between pages. I know that I can the relationships of an individual page by viewing its page properties. However if I want to view the relationships of multiple pages, preferably in a matrix would that be possible?

best regards,

Guido

To illustrate what I am looking for: We have set of policies and controls documented in Confluence each policy and control is an individual page. I would like to get an overview of that policies relate to which control in a matrix.

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly.

If you're looking to display the parent-child relationship, you can use Children Display macro in Confluence. More details are on https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/children-display-macro-139501.html

If you want details from one page to be displayed in another page that is related, you may use Page Properties and Page Properties Report macros after some careful analysis on how to use them together. Instructions on how to use them are on https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/page-properties-macro-184550024.html and https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/page-properties-report-macro-186089616.html respectively.

If the above does not help, please elaborate your challenge a little bit more.

Thanks,
Kris

Ho Kris,

seems that I have not made it clear enough what I am looking for. If you select the page properties it show the incoming and outgoing links of that page (see below).

I am looking for a way (if possible) to show these relationships for multipages at once preferrably in a matrix kind of form.

Hi @guido.van.lammeren

Firstly, it's Page Info as Page Properties has a different meaning in Confluence ;)

Please try the below links, probably you can get some pointers:

https://avono-support.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PUML/pages/26607625/Macro+linkgraph (it's a free app on Marketplace for server and DC)

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Answers-Developer-Questions/Get-incoming-links-with-in-a-user-macro/qaq-p/538128

Sorry that I could be of only limited assistance here.

best wishes,
Kris
