Does Confluence Create personal spaces on its own?

Hi , we are on confluence cloud and the last days confluence creates personal spaces on its own , filled with example pages - and you see it in the activity screen.

What the hell?!

Can I prevent this somehow? 

The spaces are not restricted  - so everybody could see the "example user space " of anybody else.
This really scares my users over here...
