Does Confluence only support Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF?

I want to upload a Microsoft Publisher document in Confluence.

Confluence does not prevent files by type.  If you are having issues uploading it is most likely the size of the file.  Publisher files should upload just fine to a page or file list.

You can certainly attach a published file to a page, but Confluence will not preview it like it can with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF files.
