We are following a template for all our documentation, now I want to change the overall design of these documents. Which is a better route for this? Creating a new template? Editing the existing one? If I were to edit the template, would the documents based on this template be modified automatically? Does deleting a template affect them?
hi @Mohammed Iqbal,
you may proceed with editing the existing template.

@Alana Fernando Hi Alana,
I am currently struggling with the opposite problem of Mohammed and I wonder if you have a solution.
I want my edits at the template to appear in all documents that previously used them.
Is there a way to do it?
Or an alternative to do it faster. I don't want to recreate all pages again every time I have to change a template.
