Hi,
I am an admin on our Confluence account. I changed the default logo to company logo in admin. However, still when someone creates a new space, they do not see this default logo rather they see some randomly assigned logos. It also doesn't update for existing spaces without a custom logo.
What am I missing?
Thanks for posting here in community.
Did you check this documentation for confluence - https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/change-your-site-and-space-logos/ ?
Please confirm if it helps and accept else please respond and allow others to respond.

Thanks for this.
I have actually already completed these settings. However, still when I create a new space - it doesnt pick up the default company logo but picks up some random logo. I am able to go to space settings and choose 'Restore Default' for logo which sets it to the default logo. Is this how the default logo is expected to function? I assumed that with a default logo setup, any new space or a space without a custom logo would automatically pick up the default logo.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply.
Ideally the default space logo should be applied to all the spaces as default unless space admins override it.
I found this in YouTube, please check this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJn94uRTXdc and drag the time slider to 5:55 and you would be able to see the changes after applying default space logo.
Now, in case of your problem if you see after following the steps shown here still does not solve the problem then I would request you to connect to Confluence Support (if you are not in free plan) - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ .
Please let me know if it helps.

Hello,
Exact same issue here, after setting the default space-logo in Confluence settings, still other space-logo's appear (the annoying childish other logo's...).
Is this indeed the case for the free editions, or is this different for paid editions?
Best regards,
Nick
