Hello All; (still a newbe)
When manually sending a notice of the issue by clicking the email icon, I would like to create a set of email templates to choose from based on the cases (automation won't always work) with smart values in the email. At this time, there is only a 'default' template, which gives me nothing in the body.
I have reviewed the email template documentation, but it doesn't address my case.
My workaround is to cut/paste from a Word document and do formatting, then click send.
What am I missing?
