Hi!
We have some embedded views from JPD to confluence and suddenly they all stopped working. We get the following error:
"We can't show you this Product Discovery page. The page doesn't exist or it may have changed after this link was added"
But when we click on the link on confluence, it shows the content on a separate tab. Unpublish-publishing the view in JPD and then re-embedding into confluence did not help.
Is this a generic problem?
FYI. We created a ticket to Atlassian support, they reproduced the problem and created a bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-82679.

Greetings and just an FYI...
The JPD-related suggestions and defects are not visible in the public backlog tool (i.e., JAC). Thus, this defect may move from the CONFCLOUD project to the JPD one, and all people outside of Atlassian will lose visibility to it. I have directly observed this for other suggestions / defects.
Kind regards,
Bill

Thanks for the info! Then I hope they don't move it to JPD one as the problem is in Confluence. 🙃

Yeah, they moved it to JPD project and I can no longer see the ticket. Asked support why that is the case.
In the meantime, the issue had stopped occurring itself before the ticket was moved to JPD project. So I am not sure if there was any action taken or not to fix the issue but it works for now!

Hi @Aysegul Durmus ,
Hmm... I've just tested embedding a couple of views in our demo site and it all seems to work.
Has this appeared recently and have you checked if all users on your site are experiencing the same thing? Also, does changing browsers (or incognito mode) help?
There are also no reported incidents when it comes to Confluences. 👀
What you can maybe do is to reach out to Atlassian Support and have them check what's going on in the background to see if there are maybe any caching issues or something like that.
Cheers,
Tobi

Hi, thanks for the feedback. This happens for different users and on different browsers.
