Enhancement of the search With LiveSearch

I use the macro LiveSearch in the top of my space, but the reasearch is not very precise. I understood that labels are un key to enhace the research, but writer's pages are not willing to introduce labels in pages , so could you help me by giving me code examples to "restrict" the research of a macro LiveSearch

Hi @Francoise DUCLOS,

You are right: labels are key to improve your space organisation. If your users are not willing to add labels by themselves, you can help them by promoting templates.

You can identify key subjects (e.g.: process, tools) and create one template per subject. Add the relevant labels to each template. Once this is done, you can add Create from template macros so that users only need to click on the right button: "Create new process page", "Create new tool page". New pages will automatically have labels, and you'll then be able to improve the Livesearch macros.
