Epick Link display (Jira Issue / Filter macro) is sometimes broken

Hi all, as you can see from the image below we have on confluence this problem with Jira Issue / Filter macro. Sometimes is correct (yesteday) and sometimes (today) is wrong displayed.
Do you have an idea on the root cause of this issue ?
Inside jira and in the related filter the display is always fine.
