When i click on "create from template", a dialog is shown with the loading animation, but nothing else happens. See screenshot:
When i check Chrome network, i see two GET requests with error code 500. The answer of both requests is: {"errorCode":500,"errorType":"UNKNOWN"}
The requests URL are:
I am using Confluence version 7.0.1.
I check the log file "atlassian-confluence.log" and i don't see any information related with my request. I was expecting to see my request timestamp and an exception, but could not find. I only see a warning from 5 to 5 minutes. After a search i saw that was not related with my problem, but related with this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-55875
Does anyone have an ideia?
Thanks in advance,
Bruno Almeida
Hello Bruno,
Thank you for contacting us about this. I just have a few questions for you that can help us to solve the issue.
I would also recommend reviewing the steps at Unable to Create Pages or Spaces (The Popup Loads Forever) After Confluence Upgrade to 5.x or 6.x, as these can help you to troubleshoot your issue.

Hello Shannon,
Thank you for the answer.
This solve the problem:
The confluence.server.installation.date Bandana entry is null.
My server is in windows. When I execute "Start Confluence", the console does not hide. In logfiles i see these errors: https://pastebin.com/muyK8eCQ (i could not paste here, because there are some errors when i try submit)
Recently we have migrated Confluence server. After that we had problem. Is there a change that something went wrong with the data importation?

Hello,
Thank you for confirming you were able to solve the issue.
Confluence reads the operating system's timezone as default, and the installation date is null because WST Timezone is dropped in JRE. Confluence needs the correct timezone in order to create pages.
We have the feature request below, which is to add additional logging and a health check for a null installation date.
In order to set the JAVA timezone instead of using the OS timezone, see How to set the timezone for the Java environment.
I hope that helps but let me know if you have any questions!
Regards,
Shannon
