Error while viewing users in Confluence

Hi, why i got this error when tried view all users in Confluence 6.2.1?

I have external user directory with JIRA. But if i remove it the problem is remains.

What it can be?

The error shown here is too generic and short to tell us much.  Could you take a look at the application log?  It will have the same error in it at the same time, but you'll want to read all the "caused by" stuff below this current error.
