I received a backup from a company we purchased a product from with an existing confluence board, and when I ran the import it didn't populate in my list of spaces. When I try to run it again it errors out. I have no idea what version of confluence this board came from. Any help on this would be great

did u receive a whole confluence backup? Did u try to import a space from the backup?

I think I got the whole thing. The file I tried to import was all that I was given. I have no idea how to verify if it's complete or what type of instance it came from.
