Excerpt include macro - automatically show the link back to the original

How can we use an excerpt include macro and have it automatically display a link back to the original page.

On the excerpt you will find the name of the original page in which source excert is located. If you need a link please add it into the original excerpt so that it will appear in each page that use it.

Thanks for the reply @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ ,
I was hoping for an automated capability.
Relying on all of our 1000's of people to consistently add in a "callback" link on their page where they create an excerpt is prone to long-term failure.
