Exclude Page Property ID from Page Property Report

Is there a way to filter out specific page property IDs from a page property report? I have a report that shows a collection of a few page property tables, but there are 2 IDs I would like to exclude from showing up in this table. 

They have different elements in tables so the columns appear blank on the current page properties report. I have tried filtering by label/words/etc. but it doesn't appear that any of these help to actually filter when there are two tables on one page. 

Is there a way to exclude these two page property IDs?

Those properties can be filtered out from the report with the help of Table Filter macro: add a dropdown filter and filter for not empty values.

Thanks for the response, however I am hoping to find a solution without spending any money. Appreciate your help.
