We maintain all Prodcut documentation MASTER doc in Confluence. We have a vendor partner API document site that supports markdown foramtting.
We need to be able to export a Confluence article into Markdown to simplify replicating the Confluence content into the Dev Support content portal.
Is there a Macro that will enable this functionality or another way to export the formatted Confluence article for import to this other tool?
What about an alternative option for clean/de-Atlassin'd html export? Do you know of any method or add-on?
Hi @Scott R. Morgan, we've just released an addon for exporting Confluence pages to Markdown. Whilst it doesn't support automatic replication, it does attempt to convert as much of the Confluence page to Markdown as possible.

I don't know about any app that'd do this, and I'm afraid this kind of conversions always result in losses of formatting and quality in general.
If you have the freedom to use other tools, I'd definitely recommend checking out Scroll Viewport. It is utilized by many (incl. even Atlassian!) to publish doc website from Confluence, with great success.
