Export PDF oversizes gliffy / mermaid graphics and cut them off

Hi,

See a few screen show below but exporting as PDF is oversizing graphics from both gliffy and mermaid - and subsequently cutting them off so unreadable or usable.  If I use Word Export the mermaid diagrams dont export.

Below are two screen shots of gliffy and mermaid as displayed on the screen - everything looks good here.

Once I perform a PDF export I get this. As you can see everything is oversized etc.  Funny thing is I have an export from a year ago and everything is scaled properly.

Hi @stuart.plummer I think you might be running into these issues: CONFCLOUD-4122

There may be more out there on Atlassian's Jira site.  There are several that seem related.  I would suggest voting for and watching those for updates.

Hi Stuart! I think Dan provided a great answer above. However, I would also encourage you to open a support ticket with our team at support@gliffy.com. Sometimes these are Gliffy-side issues and sometimes they're Atlassian-side issues. 

Because our mermaid feature is quite new, I want to make sure we have a very close eye on any issues our users are experiencing. :)

@Dan Breyen I guess my answer to those issues is that it was working fine for me a year ago (those issue seem to go back further than that).  As it is now the export PDF just doesnt export readable diagrams.
