Exporting the People Directory

How can we export the people directory to pdf/word without having the space tool option? has anyone done this?

We print out a staff directory booklet. We need to export this so we can modify some of the formatting and print.

I'd love to hear your orgs setup for why you need to print the staff directory booklet? Is it because employees need offline access?

I don't have a solution today, but we are exploring solving a enterprise directory solution. Would you be interested in being in the beta group?
