I saw such answer in Questions area:
"If you invite someone outside your organization to your space and you have premium they will be able to be added to the space and do whatever you set them up to do. In this case their account gets a premium license on your instance. If their account is associated with another instance that is free then they will also have a free license on that instance."
I'm confused, could you please help me to clarify.
Let assume we have next preconditions:
- user have free license on another instance,
- user account gets a premium license on our instance,
Does it mean that you can assign such user, and it will be free for that user, but will cost some money for you?
@Vasiliy Gorbenko Guests users have guest access and do not utilize a license on your instance. You can learn more here https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/invite-guests-for-external-collaboration/
Hey @Brant Schroeder , I'm not seeing this option in our cloud instance(premium plan), do you have any idea if this has been removed?

@Vasiliy Gorbenko if you are not seeing it yet you will need to contact support and see if they will enable it on your instance. It is a new feature for premium users that they are preparing to rolling out to everyone.
