When I attach pdf file or some other in confluence data center 8.5.18 and when I want to see preview of it Im not able to see it
HI @Marko Turic ,
Not sure if there's a bug in that version. After you attach the files, are you able to download it back with no issue? Is the preview only isolated to you? If so, you have want to try clear your cache.
If you are still running into issue, you may want to try the PDF Macro to see if its helps with the preview.

Yes it is only the Preview that doesnt work.
we have update our confluence 8.5.14 to 8.5.18 and had to do this two : The JDBC driver for MS SQL Server has been upgraded from version 7.4 to 12.6. If you are using SQL Server via JDBC and your database isn't configured for SSL connections, you must explicitly disable encryption in Confluence's connection URL string. With the updated driver, encryption is enabled by default. To disable it, append ;encrypt=false to the existing connection string. We recommend making this update before upgrading to avoid any downtime.
and fom them preview is not working
tried everithing from cache clean to plughins reenable to restart confluence
and nothing is working
before update preveiw was working

These are the KB articles related to your issue. Try these. IF they do not work, then would recommend checking with Atlassian Support to review your zip files to identify root cause,

Same here, we had to update the linchpin intranet suite to solve this problem. Thx Marko for posting your solution.
