I've searched for answers here but haven't found any. In confluence, is there a way to flag a page as being in need of review/update?
To flag a page ( in need of review/update) in Confluence you can add labels to the page. More information on this can be found here:

Marking those pages with labels is the simplest thing you can do.
Yes, someone needs to closely watch the list of pages labelled with that. If you'd rather make it automatic, you can rely on the Archiving Plugin.
Among a ton of other feature, it will watch the pages labelled with "expire" (and many of its variants), and will send the page owner (creator, updater, supervisor) a notification email if there is some update work to do. In effect, it makes the whole process 100% automated.
