Hi Karthick,

Could you walk us through the steps you took so we can reproduce this?  What version of Confluence Server are you using?

1. I have created a document with Font style (example : Arial) 

2. In Confluence, i have clicked the edit button and attached the document.

3. Once it got uploaded and when i open to view it, it is showing a different font.

I just tried uploading a .docx document with different fonts to a Confluence page on my instance of Server 6.12.2.  The fonts were still the same in the document thumbnail, as well as the file preview window.  Are you sure your browser supports that font?
