Currently data is being pulled from a myriad of sources & copied/pasted into a Confluence page - for a weekly status reporting deck.
Without using Jira, do have an idea on how I could create a way to create a dynamic report for each piece of work that allows editing, from many users?
Have you taken a look at the page properties and page properties report macros? You could create a template for individuals to create pages and fill in page properties for the various systems. All that data can then roll up automatically onto another page using the page properties report macro.
