Gliffy diagrams can be created and edited by authorized users, and are displayed for authorized users as well. However, this site is targeted for public readers. Public readers are getting "internal server error" and the diagrams are not displayed. An example can be seen at this page: https://helsenorge.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HELSENORGE/pages/24051725/01+-+System+til+System
Any suggestions what is wrong?
Hi @sven.christiansen Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Please verify if the source page from gliffy is accessible to public - I am getting "Internal Server Error" for it.
Thank you for the answer. Do you know where (as a confluence site admin) we can verify/set that?

I have not done this personally so I would suggest raising a support request with Gliffy Support or email them.

Hi Sven!
A few ideas for you to check into before you reach out to our support team...
First, is the diagram shown on this page built and stored on this page? Or is it copied from another page? If it's a copied diagram from another page, I believe that page needs to have public permissions as well.
You may also find some admin settings to check permissions under Administration > Manage apps > Gliffy Diagrams for Confluence > Configure.
If you're still having trouble, you can reach our support team directly at support@gliffy.com. Good luck!!

Hi Samie!
Thanks, for the suggestion. The diagram was created on this page. I filed an issue to Gliffy support and got this answer:

Darn! Really appreciate the update. I had just pinged them too because I wanted to know the solution — for my own education and to be helpful here if it comes up again.
I'm sorry there's not a faster solution and I hope this is resolved quickly for you!

Can’t see this link, however it is possible the permissions on the space is not set to anonymous. It maybe a permission issue to create a gliffy diagram as an anonymous user as they don’t have permissions.

Hmm. The link above should be possible to see by all users, as the space is readable for anonymous users. Anonymous users report that they can see the page, but the Gliffy images are not retrieved showing "internal server error".
PS. Anonymous users are not to create Gliffy diagrams, just see them. DS
Ar you not able to see the page: https://helsenorge.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HELSENORGE/pages/24051725/

The link works now, I’ll have to look at our installation of gliffy to check
