I recently started a free plan but I've been using Confluence and Gliffy for years in enterprise environment. After saving and publishing a diagram, opening an existing diagram gives an empty page, a big, white, empty page.
It seems that it cannot load the diagram (any existing diagram).
I tested it with Chrome, Firefox, restarted both, rebooted my laptop. The problem remains the same. I also created a copy of the page with the diagram but opening the backup's diagram gives the same empty page.
I can see some similar, older (e.g.: from 2017) issues in the search but they are marked as "resolved" but this issue for me doesn't go away.
I also tried to add "gliffy" to the tags but this did not work either. Disappointing.
Any help is appreciated.
