I am trying to add gliffy diagrams from morning but is always loaded with a spinner and hangs for ever, is anyone seeing the same issue and were you able to resolve. Not sure if gliffy is down or is issue with Confluence integration.
I believe it's an issue with Chrome. Some of our own users in Confluence Cloud have reported the similar issues. If you're using Chrome, I'd try to load the page in another browser, try incognito mode in Chrome, maybe clear cache/cookies in Chrome, and see if any of that works. If none of that works, it's probably worth reaching out to your Confluence admin, or directly to Gliffy support here.
Thanks, i had tried this already many times but for some reason i restarted my laptop and is working now - seems odd.

Still getting white pages, anyone made it work?
Looks like API mismatch...

Hi Eduardo!
These threads are from a few years ago, so you could likely be running into a totally different issue. Would you please try clearing your cache and cookies if you haven't yet? If that doesn't work, I'd recommend you reach out to our support team at support@gliffy.com.
Hope this helps!
Samie

Hi, did all that you informed to do, nothing solves the issue, still getting blank pages when editing the already created docs. I'll reach out their support, thanks.

Same problem occurred to me and persisted after restart. I have "&" character in my image name. After removing that it is loading fine.
