How are spaces added to the "Your Spaces" section of the "View All Spaces" page?

A user asked me how to add spaces to the Your Spaces section on the Spaces page.  She only has three and my page shows 5, but I did not choose them myself - they were automatically populated.  Is there a manual way to pick and choose which spaces show up under the "Your Spaces" section of the Spaces page?

@Todd Whiteberg that section of the page includes Spaces in this order:

1. Starred Spaces
2. Frequently visited Spaces

You can proactively star Spaces to have them listed there. Frequently visited spaces will be based on your activity.
