I've created multiple Page Properties Report macros on a parent page. But loading the table fails almost everytime. Rage refreshing often works but below error is still thrown:
"Error while fetching page properties report data"
How many is too many of these macros on the same page? Do you recommend I break it up and do one macro per page?
Hi, I have the same issue, please fix ASAP. It wasn't resolved.
Can it be happening if multiple pages are using the same LABEL ?
Hello Shin,

Hello support,
none of the above steps work, we have tried with Chrome and Edge. We rely on this heavily for issue tracking and production bugs company wide. What can be done about this as a bug fix other than "won't fix" which is what your team has the status as.

This is happening to us too when we add an option in the Sort by field other than Title. It seems to be a very obvious issue, can you guys pls really check it out @Shannon S ?

Hello @RichNicolosi,
Thank you for sharing the bug you were able to find related to this. For anyone else interested, the bug in the screenshot is the following:
The day after you took this screenshot, the following public comment was added by the development team:
This issue appeared again through a regression from a recent change to Page Properties Macro. I'll reopen this issue to track it. We should have the issue fixed within today.
I can confirm that within the day, the bug was resolved and a fix has since been released. If you're still encountering the issue today, could you let me know? I'll need to get this over to support to investigate, if so.
Since the bug that Rich shared has since been resolved, are you still encountering this issue when you sort by something other than title? If so, this may be as different issue and I'd like to look into that.
If that's the case, you can raise a new thread for that and share it here with me, so I can follow-up with you.
Take care,
Shannon

@Shannon S This issue reappeared right now and I am facing this issue in almost all pages where page property report is generated. In some pages, the report sometimes work but most times it just fails with the error "Error while fetching page properties report data:".
This is affecting our team's workflow considerably. I consider this the most useful feature of confluence, without this google docs becomes a better platform for collaboration. Can you please check on it and inform if the team is aware of the issue and when this will be resolved.

Hello @Yogesh Maheshwari,
Thank you for your reply. I checked your Cloud site, but I don't see that your team has brought this occurrence to support. Can you please have your site admin raise a ticket with support to gather collect your report? We need to investigate to see why you are getting that error on your pages.
I appreciate your help!
Take care,
Shannon
