This widget is creating confusion with our users who are accessing it from Confluence, creating there their own account and linking it to the managed account that they use in Atlassian. Then they are able to load in Figma information from Confluence that we believe shouldn't be there.
The fact the widget is inviting them to do so from our Confluence make them believe Figma is somehow fine to use.
How can we cut that widget out of our Confluence cloud organisation?
Hi @Sylvie R.
Can you confirm if you have a Figma Marketplace App installed on your Confluence instance? I took a look in an instance I have access to, and there is no default Figma widget or macro I am able to pick.
I suspect the Figma macro is being supplied by another app you have installed. Unless that app has settings to disable the macro, I suspect the only way to remove the macro from use for your users is to disable or uninstall the app that supplies it.
Hope that helps,
Robert
No this is what is a bit worrying, we haven't installed any Figma app on Jira or Confluence, and still there are Confluence pages content showing in Figma.
We are still evaluating the issue.

That's very strange @Sylvie R. . Would you be comfortable sharing a screenshot of your installed Marketplace Apps? If you are a Confluence Product Admin, you can get to this screen by clicking the Gear in the top right, and then selecting Atlassian Marketplace > Manage Apps from the menu on the left.
It might also be helpful to include a screenshot of a page where you are seeing the Figma app in use, so we can narrow down what might be causing the issue.
Cheers,
Robert
