How can I export a page to Word or pdf?

I have searched online for instructions for exporting a page to Word or pdf, but can't find information that matches my Confluence display. Some instructions say to go to ... and hover over Export; others say to go to Tools > Export to Word. However, I don't see any option for Tools, and when I go to the ... menu, I do not have an option to export.

Can someone help me?

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

The option to export page to PDF or word is in More actions(...) the three dots on right side of page. Below screenshot shows the options.
