How can I open a Google Sheet in sheets directly from an embed?

When I need a larger view of an embeded google sheet, is there a way to open it in Sheets directly from Confluence?

Please can you add a little more information about the use case you're trying to achieve. Since I've not used Confluence a lot recently, would like to know a little more information about the "embedded Google Sheet", perhaps that might help in getting more insight about this.

I add google sheets in an iframe. When I want to open that sheet in a separate tab, there is no way to do that from Confluence. I need to go to Sheets and locate it there.
