This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Commenting on pages and blog posts
Inline comments are a great feature for collaborative content creation.
However, I cannot find a way to print or export a page with inline comments visible.
MS Word has had inline comments for ... something like decades now. Yet, export to MS Word strips all inline comments. This is not helpful.
PDF has also had inline comments for a long time, and again, export to PDF strips all inline comments.
Printing also fails to print inline comments.
Is it possible to print or export so that inline comments are visible? How do I do this?
I don't think there is a feature for this yet but if you create a feature request for it I would definitely vore for it
I would like this capability as well - how do you request a feature?
Right now I have users open two windows side by side - one in edit mode and one in view mode. That way they can view the comments and edit the document. It is not useful the way it is set up now. At least the resolved comments get saved...
