How can I restrict users from uploading an attachment with a different file name ?

I want users to upload attachments with a specific name to a page or a space. Is there a way that confluence can alert the user when uploading file saying "file name should be XYZ only"?

this might be possible with Scriptrunner for Confluence, as they have events for attachment creation : https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4cc/current/features/script-listeners
