How can an admin see all pages and posts regardless of restrictions/permissions

For confluence cloud how can an administrator see all pages in the deployment, regardless of whether there are page restrictions? Confluence server seems to have a confluence-administrators group for this (https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-groups-for-administrators-138706.html). Does the cloud version behave similarly?

Thanks Stephen! But can a person who is a "Confluence Administrator" see all the site's pages, irrespective of space permissions and restrictions?

It says so clearly for the Confluence Server edition (https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-groups-for-administrators-138706.html) but wanted to check if the same applies for Cloud?

Yes, the same applies to Cloud version.

I actually confirmed via a support ticket with Atlassian that the Cloud version does not allow the Administrator to bypass the space permissions/page restrictions.
