How do I get the old retrospective template?

I'm trying to use the retrospective template that shows what you did well, what you could have done better, and action items - but the only template available to me has 3 columns ("Start doing" "Stop doing" and "Keep doing"). How do I get the old template?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
I was able to check on my test instance the old template for Retrospective and the fields are the same for the new template:

On Confluence it's possible to add and customize templates, so maybe there was a customized template for retrospective. If you still have the old pages, you can edit the current template to add the same fields as it had before.

I came here searching for the same thing. When we migrated to cloud hosted confluence the retrospective template changed from what Ariela described above.

The description of the template describes the old version of the retrospective with the text "What went well? What could have gone better? Crowdsource improvements with your team.", but when you select the template it shows the "new template" instead with the columns "Start doing", "Stop doing", & "Keep doing"

Was anyone able to resolve this issue?  I hate the new template and end up having to edit the table to remove one of the columns and rename the other two to "What went well?" and "What could we have done better?" myself, but it's a royal pain to do that every retro.  All of our old retro's migrated across just fine with the old look and feel, but any new ones are this 3 column garbage.

Has nobody found a solution to this yet?

Our company has just upgraded to the new cloud solution and this is a problem for me now too, anyone know how we can get the old tempalte back?
