I invited an external user to our companies confluence pages. When I reviewed my user access list, I noticed her account was deactivated. I am unable to reactive her account per Atlassian because I do not own her domain. Her company does not use confluence and doesn't have an admin team to reactive her. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Hello @Jennifer Beatty ,
Reach out to Atlassian Support for assistance. They can often help with account-related issues, even if you don't have control over the external user's domain. Also, request the external user to check their email, including spam or junk folders. Sometimes, Atlassian sends activation or reactivation emails, and the user might need to follow a link to reactivate their account. Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to invite external users. If all else fails, Atlassian support is your best bet for assistance in resolving account-related issues.
