Does anyone know where this is controlled from? I logged in today to discover that I had lost the functionality to import a Word document and split to multiple documents via Heading 1 style. The new import feature is failing to import documents.
It seems strange the one loses a software function without any prior notice from one software increment to the next.

I'm afraid the version of the Cloud software is out of our control, it always rolls forwards (premium, enterprise, and those in the middle of a migration customers can put a hold on it for a short time, but change will still happen)
There's no way to "revert". All you can do is report the problem to Atlassian and ask for a fix.
Thanks Nic, I'll raise it with Atlassian. atm I suppose I can split the docs via a VBA script.
