I am onboarding some new technicians to our helpdesk and they are being prompted to set up new spaces via the onboarding menu. They do not have the option to skip this. We already have our spaces set up, how do I make it so that they are not prompted for onboarding?
The existing article on this topic does not answer this question for Atlassian Cloud.
Thanks!
Hi Brandon, welcome to the community. :)
It's not doable. Atlassian closed an issue about this won't fix, have a look at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-40215
Cheers
Niklas
Thanks--and that's disappointing. It seems odd that Atlassian wants every user to create a space and then delete it when they're just going to be using existing projects.

Wow! This is terrible!
For scenarios where admins control user accounts and want to invite specific people to just view and collaborate on existing, pre-defined spaces, this is absolutely awful because we don't want users creating their own stuff - which the welcome wizard forces you to do.
Please make this optional!
