How do I use multiple Page Property macros on a single page.

I have followed this documentation but still only get the first page property macro data in the my Page Properties Report on another page.

Hi have just used a numbered list within the Description column in my first Page Properties macro as a work around for now.

Pity the Page Property macro and Page Properties Report macro don't actually show a working example for the following.

Hey Mike, I'm also having this problem. Could you explain your solution a bit more? Does the numbered list allow multiple page properties on a single page or are you just using a numbered list and the report is still only returning the first Page Properties macro?

We can also suggest a workaround: your may check if you have the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app installed for your instance and use its Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros.

As I understood from your case, you use several Page Properties macros on the one Confluence page because you need to collect multiple-row tables. As the Page Properties Report macro collects only one-row tables, you split your source tables into several one-row tables.

The Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros collect multiple-row tables from 

• current page
• specific page
• page and childpages
• page and all descendants
• pages with labels

and you can have as many Table Excerpt and Table Excerpt Include macros on your page as you need.

To combine all your collected tables into the one final report, use the Table Transformer macro: the default Lookup preset for your case with a header column.

It took me some fooling around, but I think I found out what the problem is. The page property report shows a list of pages with the unique properties of that page next to it.

Each property you add to a page must be unique. You can split the page properties of a page across multiple page properties macros, but still they need to have different property names. The properties in your page properties macros are identical, so that won't work.

If I'm not clear, you can test what I mean by changing the property names in your second table to ID1, Name1, Description1, Actor(s)1 and Status1, removing the pageproperty_usecase id from all macros (page properties and the reports). The columns of the second table then should be listed in the report on the same line as the columns of the first table.

For the result you're after, you'll probably be better off by creating separate pages for Logon Postman and Logon Ops Controller, or maybe adding a property to your table where you list the various logon options the UC applies to.

Nothing obviously wrong with what I see -- I don't often have multiple Page Properties macro on a page, but what you have done looks right to me. I would assume it to be a bug and have found a related bug (but not with the exact same scenario as you've shown): https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-34141 which might be worth further reading of the comments.

Apols if this has been done before: have you ruled out any formatting issues with the second table -- have you tried switching the order of your Page Properties macro and is it still the first one on the page that is returned?

I assume given the fact you are adding IDs means that you have multiple page properties macros on the page and require use of the ID? That's the only other thing I could consider there.
