We recently started a trial of Confluence Cloud and the first thing we've done is install the apps we plan on migrating when (or I should say if) we move over.
One of the apps said it was installed, but when we go to Manage apps and expand the "Loading app details" spinner just goes on forever (well, not forever, but I've waited over 30 mins on multiple occasions). Every other app's details load fine.
So if this was on Server we could have just gone in and manually ripped it out, but here it seems that if an app fails to install properly we are stuck since I can't uninstall if I can't get the app details to load.
Any suggestions?
Having the same problem. None of the 3rd party apps I downloaded from the marketplace are working and when I try to delete them it just spins and spins.
@jeremyn welcome to Confluence Cloud. Sorry it's been a rough start.
Have you tried this on multiple browsers, or in Incognito Mode in Chrome? Often a certain tool or element may not load properly on one browser, but works well on another.
If you have tried that, and it still does not work, have you tried contacting the app vendor's support?

@Andy Gladstone - Hi thanks for the quick response, we tried it in Chrome, Edge and Chrome Incognito. I did reach out to the vendors support.
I really wish there was a way (other than restoring a backup?) to force remove (or disable) a non responding app. Seems the app's functionality shouldn't dictate the ability to manage it.
