How does one modify the layout of the user profile?

I'm looking to remove the recently updated column and can't find the layout for the page in the administration anywhere.

It's not in administration, it's in the code - you need to hack the template file that renders the page.

Can anyone tell me the template file that we should modify? I need to ask somebody to make that exact change for me.
