At what level of upvoting does the confluence product team start looking at a feature request?
More than 500? Thousands? I'm trying to understand why things that are obvious to have between confluence and jira like SUPPORT-1078 as 9 years of waiting for even acknowlegement from confluence, not even a "no wont consider" or "we already built this" would be handy.
Hi @Todd Grayson ,
As you might guess, there doesn't seem to be a specific number of upvotes that will trigger action on a particular issue. What I've found to be effective is:
Finally, it's true that there are many requests that have been open for years and it can definitely feel frustrating and hard to understand. Something that has helped me a bit to communicate to users about where Atlassian priorities are is the Cloud Roadmap: https://www.atlassian.com/roadmap/cloud and the Confluence Cloud editor roadmap: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/confluence-cloud-editor-roadmap/
I hope this helps! Best wishes, Sharon
