How might I bulk-import rows of fields into separate Confluence pages?

I wish to create many Confluence pages, from pdf or Excel files, with each row containing several fields populating a separate Confluence page.  I'd like to do this without an add-on, unless necessary.  I'd also like to add attachments, but that could be a separate subject.

You would need to use the Confluence API and create a custom script that would parse the rows into page.  https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v1/intro/#about
