How to Copy a page and edit multiple aspects within Replace title text?

For example, if I have a title "Internal Loop A" and I want to copy it and replace "Internal" with "External" and "A" with "B".

Is there some sort of input formatting to do something like this?

For example, Replace title text: {"Internal", "A"}  With this text: {"External", "B"}

Unless you have an Atlassian Marketplace App not sure it is doable in Confluence Data Center.

However let me ask you this question: Why trying to use this feature when you can change the title manually?

I am assuming you have the title on different sections of the page?

Howdy Fadoua!

In my use case, I was copying a parent and many subfolder children pages from my already created external loop A group to an internal loop B and didn't want to have to manually change either "internal" or "loop B" on each of the children pages each time if there was a way to edit both when copying.

In your case I can only think of a script. Otherwise it will need to be done manually.
