To remove remnants of a prior corporate owner, I plan to run key-word searches of our Confluence instance (e.g; prior owning company name). I expect search to return pointers to Spaces, uploaded documents, etc., that contain the name of the prior corporate owner. I expect the list will have hundreds of hits. I want to export pointers to all identified items to Excel for review by a panel of people.
You could create a page with the "search results" macro. You would put the search terms i the macro properties. Then you could export that page to PDF or Word. Would that work for you?

Thanks for the suggestion. Good idea. But the Search Results macro doesn't provide all options, the search itself does. We are using Confluence as a documentation system and one of our Use Cases is to do proofreading (we also use ScrollVersions). So to see what I have to review, I am using a search with a defined:
I'd like to export this to Excel to be able to put a check mark on reviewed pages. And no, we don't use workflows because this causes trouble with ScrollVersions.
Is there a way to export such a search result without the macro then?
Thanks & best regards,
Bernd
