Hi @Nivedita ,
In the edit mode of a Confluence page, you see a bunch of actions on the bottom right corner, like Update, Notify watchers, etc... The first option you see there is a text box with text What did you change? You can add your comments or information about what changes you made to the page. This helps other contributors see what exactly has changed when they take a look at Page history.
